We want you to love your purchase from GetLook.lk. If you are not fully satisfied, our Returns & Exchanges Policy makes it simple.
01. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
02. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Undergarments and lingerie
- Cosmetics, beauty, or skincare products
- Clearance or sale items (marked “Final Sale”)
03. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive:
- A defective product,
- A wrong item, or
- A product damaged during delivery,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
04. Return Process
- Email us at hi@getlook.lk with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you with return instructions.
- Once the item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
05. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items).
06. Exchange Requests
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
07. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items, GetLook.lk will cover the return shipping.
