Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every purchase from GetLook.lk. If you’re not fully satisfied, our Returns & Exchanges Policy makes the process simple and fair.

01. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

02. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Cosmetics, beauty, or skincare products
  • Clearance or sale items (marked “Final Sale”)

03. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product,
  • A wrong item, or
  • A product damaged during delivery,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

When contacting us, please include your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you with return instructions. Once the item is inspected and approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

05. Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide another product of equal value instead.

06. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer must cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), GetLook.lk will cover the return shipping.
