At GetLook.lk, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. Here’s how our delivery process works:
01. Delivery Timeframes
- Colombo District Deliveries: For all addresses within the Colombo district, we typically deliver within 2 to 3 business days. We recommend allowing a maximum of 3 days for delivery within Colombo.
- Outside Colombo Deliveries: For deliveries to areas outside the Colombo district, please allow approximately 5 to 6 business days. While many orders arrive within 3 days, we suggest allowing up to 6 days for areas outside Colombo to ensure smooth delivery.
02. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all regions across Sri Lanka. Whether you’re in Colombo or in another district, we’ve got you covered.
03. Delivery Charges
- Within Colombo District: We charge Rs. 300 for the first kilogram. Each additional kilogram is Rs. 100.
- Outside Colombo District: For all other districts, the first kilogram is Rs. 350, and each additional kilogram is Rs. 100.
