- Payments must be completed before an order is processed. We accept only the payment methods displayed on our website.
04. Product Colors & DescDelivery is available across Sri Lanka.
- We take every effort to display product details and colors as accurately as possible.
- Please note: Actual colors of the products may vary slightly depending on your device screen or monitor.
- We do not alter or modify the product’s original material colors; what you receive is the genuine product color.
05. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times:
- Colombo 1–15: 2–3 working days
- Suburbs & Outstation: 3–6 working days
- Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier service availability
- Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and destination as per our Delivery Policy.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays). GetLook.lk is not liable for such delays.
06. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
- Certain items such as undergarments, cosmetics, and clearance-sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
